Payment terms for all services will be specified in the individual service agreement or proposal. General terms include:

Managed IT support plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of subscription. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 14-day grace period.

7 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. TriAxis will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

Specific confidentiality obligations for client engagements will be governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriAxis IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

9 Warranty Disclaimer

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Service-level warranties for client engagements will be defined in the applicable service agreement.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with applicable Ghanaian law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For active service clients, material changes to contractual terms will be communicated directly with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
